Due to the nature of our personalized products, all sales are final.  Please check your order carefully before ordering.  There will be no refunds on orders that have typos submitted by the customer.  We do our best to look over our customer's orders carefully.  However, if we make a mistake, we are happy to send out the corrected product and a 10% refund.

Cancellations:

After the final proof is approved, no cancellations can be made.  All cancellations before final approval will incur a $50 charge.
